Abstract

В роботі узагальнено теоретичні засади та обґрунтовано методологічні підходи й практичні пропозиції щодо удосконалення організації фінансового забезпечення розвитку територіальних громад. Головна проблема фінансового забезпечення вітчизняних територіальних громад полягає в тому, що існуюча система фінансового забезпечення розвитку територіальних громад не задовольняє потреб територіальних громад, зокрема через неналежну організацію відповідного процесу.
