dc.description.abstract | Antifrisians are one of basic functional elements of the engine cooling system. They influence on reliability and efficiency of engine thrusting during exploitation of cars. Quality of antifrisians and construction of engine are associate and complement each other. Permanent perfection of construction of engines and their systems, works of antifrisians and upgrading of antifreeze sent to the improvement of terms, allows to provide reliable work and reduce speed of corrosive wear of knots and details of the system of cooling of engines. The charts of change of indexes of quality of antifrisians (closeness, viscidity, ph-value, conductivity) were got depending on operating time during exploitation of passenger cars. Change of closeness, viscidity and ph-value of antifrisians during exploitation can arrive at to 20 %. Watching the change of conductivity of antifrisians depending on the run of car showed that in one cars she goes down, and in other increases. For reduction of refuses in-process system of cooling of engine during exploitation, the timely discovery of change of basic indexes of quality of antifreeze is needed. The use of off-grade antifreeze results in premature refuses in-process system of cooling of engine, for example: breakage of radiator, because of his corrosive wear or corking of tubes; swelling of rubber hoses results in losses; the strong making foam worsens cooling and results in the overheat of details of engine. It is suggested to produce changing of antifreeze individually on a concrete car on the actual state on the basis of diagnostic information about the change of indexes of quality. | uk_UA |
