Соціальні та економіко-географічні аспекти регіонального менеджменту в туризмі

Abstract

В статті розглянуто особливості розробки теоретичних, методологічних і методичних питань регіонального менеджменту в туризмі, у розрізі соціальних та економіко-географічних аспектів розвитку. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності територіального управління в туристичній галузі Миколаївського регіону.

The article deals with the features of the elaboration of theoretical, methodological and methodological issues of regional tourism management, in terms of social and economic-geographical aspects of the development. The ways of improving the efficiency of territorial management in the tourism industry of the Mykolaiv region are proposed. According to the Main Directorate of Statistics in Mykolaiv region, in 2016 there are 261 collective accommodation facilities on 28851 places on the territory of the region, of which: hotels and similar accommodation facilities - 74 (2786 places); specialized accommodation facilities - 187 (26065 places) (namely: sanatoriums - 13 (3918), boarding houses - 11 (2136), recreation centers - 163 (19805), which are mainly concentrated in the recreational and wellness areas of Berezansky and Ochakivsky districts, as well as in the city of Ochakiv. Two tourist areas are formed within the territory of the Mykolaiv region: the Black Sea and South-Buzsky. There are three tourist zones within the Black Sea tourist area: 1. Mykolaiv tourist zone (partially). The center is the city of Mykolaiv. The territory of Mykolaiv (partially), Vitovsky (partly), Novoodesky (partly) districts and the Mykolayiv city council. 2. Ochakiv tourist zone. The center is Ochakiv. 3. Kobleve-Rybakivsky tourist zone. The center is Kobleve village. The territory of Berezan district is the zone partly. Within the territory of the Southern Bug tourist region there are three tourist zones: Pervomaysk tourist zone. The center is Pervomaysk city. Voznesensk tourist zone. The center is Voznesensk city. Novoodeska tourist zone. The center is the city of Nova Odessa. Outside the tourist districts there are 3 separate tourist zones: 1. Ingulska. The center is the city of Novy Buh 2. Kazanko-Volodymyrivska. The center is the Kazanka village. 3. Anastasivko-Berezneguvatska. The center is the Berezneguvate village. According to the author, the main area of territorial administration should become the tourist area. The territorial organization of tourism is considered as the basis of regional management of territorial-recreational systems, which should become an integral part of the effective organization of the country's territory, their development must be closely linked with the development of other sectors of the national economy.

В статье рассмотрены особенности разработки теоретических, методологических и методических вопросов регионального менеджмента в туризме, в разрезе социальных и экономико-географических аспектов развития. Предложены пути повышения эффективности территориального управления в туристической отрасли Николаевского региона.
