Обсяги та ефективність виробництва основної продукції рослинництва в Україні

Abstract

Рослинництво є комплексною галуззю сільського господарства, а її продукція становить більше половини валового виробництва аграрної продукції. У статті здійснена оцінка розвитку, динаміки обсягів та ефективності рослинницького господарства України. Обґрунтовано, що у державній економічній політиці, забезпечення ефективного розвитку галузі рослинництва є умовою не тільки забезпечення продовольчої безпеки, але і формування потужного експортного потенціалу. У статті проаналізована динаміка: посівних площ основних сільськогосподарських культур в Україні, їх урожайність та обсяги виробництва; середніх цін реалізації та рентабельності основної сільськогосподарської продукції рослинництва. Здійснена розробка теоретичних, і практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму функціонування галузі рослинництва в Україні та підвищення її ефективності на основі інновацій, органічного землеробства.

The subject of the research in the article is a combination of theoretical and practical problems of ensuring the efficiency of the main plant production in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is the evaluation of development, scope and effectiveness of vegetable farms in Ukraine, development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improvement of crop production functioning mechanism in Ukraine and increase its effectiveness. We used standard methods of economic research: dialectic, analysis and systematization, scientific abstraction, logic. The article made the assessment development, dynamics of volume and efficiency of vegetable farms. Grounded in State economic policy, ensuring the effective development of crop production is a condition not only food security but also the formation of a strong export potential. The article analyzed Dynamics: rapeseed staple crops in Ukraine, their productivity and production volumes; the average price of sale and profitability of primary agricultural production crop production. Found that the dynamics of rapeseed main agricultural Ukraine confirms the tendency to longing for the domestic manufacturer profit due to cultivation of major lucrative crops-wheat, corn and sunflower. The negative point is the reduction of almost twice the planted acreage of forage crops-enterprises increasingly prefer to crop production and animal husbandry are trying to get rid of. Completed development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improvement of the mechanism of functioning of crop production and increase its efficiency: introduction of advanced systems of agriculture. science-based crop rotations and advanced production technology; the consistent intensification of production through rational chemistry and radical improvement of land; production of the best varieties of agricultural crops, complying with all the requirements of agricultural technology; improvement of sectoral structure of enterprises with focus on the requirements of the market, while achieving a rational concentration of production, which provides better use of resources, more rapid introduction of achievements in science, technology, and best practices.

Растениеводство является комплексной отраслью сельского хозяйства, а ее продукция составляет более половины валового производства аграрной продукции. В статье осуществлена оценка развития, динамики объемов и эффективности растениеводческого хозяйства Украины. Обосновано, что в государственной экономической политике, обеспечения эффективного развития отрасли растениеводства является условием не только обеспечение продовольственной безопасности, но и формирование мощного экспортного потенциала. В статье проанализирована динамика: посевных площадей основных сельскохозяйственных культур в Украине, их урожайность и объемы производства; средних цен реализации и рентабельности основной сельскохозяйственной продукции растениеводства. Осуществлена разработка теоретических и практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию механизма функционирования отрасли растениеводства в Украине и повышение ее эффективности на основе инноваций, органического земледелия.
