Abstract

Актуальність дослідження питання оцінки ефективності логістичного менеджменту на всіх рівнях обумовлена поступовою переорієнтацією зовнішньоторговельних зв’язків у напрямку інтеграції національної економіки до Європейського середовища. Досліджено показники розвитку транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури та показники ефективності автотранспортних підприємств у розрізі областей України. Визначено нормовані та комплексні показники ефективності функціонування транспортно-логістичних підприємств у регіонах України. Доведено, що існують значні асиметрії регіонального розвитку автотранспортних підприємств у контексті ефективності та продуктивності їх функціонування.

Актуальность исследования вопроса оценки эффективности логистического менеджмента на всех уровнях обусловлена постепенной переориентацией внешнеторговых связей в направлении интеграции национальной экономики в Европейский среды. Исследована показатели развития транспортно-логистической инфраструктуры и показатели эффективности автотранспортных предприятий в разрезе областей Украины. Определены нормированные и комплексные показатели эффективности функционирования транспортно-логистических предприятий в регионах Украины. Доказано, что существуют значительные асимметрии регионального развития автотранспортных предприятий в контексте эффективности и производительности их функционирования.

Yu.E. Barabanova. The current state of logistics management in Ukraine: inter-regional asymmetries. The urgency of research into the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of logistics management at all levels is due to the gradual reorientation of foreign trade relations towards integration of the national economy into the European environment. The indicators of development of transport-logistical infrastructure and efficiency indicators of motor transport enterprises in the section of regions of Ukraine are investigated. Normalized and complex indicators of efficiency of functioning of transport and logistic enterprises in the regions of Ukraine are determined. It has been proved that there are significant asymmetries in the regional development of motor transport enterprises in the context of the efficiency and productivity of their operation. The calculations showed significant asymmetries in the regional development of trucking companies in the context of the efficiency and productivity of their operation. Despite the high values of individual unit indicators, the complex value of the efficiency of transport and logistics enterprises development is rather low and shows considerable inter-regional asymmetries. The highest rates in 2018 (40-58%) are observed in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions, in regions where important transport hubs are concentrated and various modes of transport are developed. Therefore, performance indicators for road transport and logistics companies depend on external and internal factors. External ones include, first of all, the location of the enterprise in relation to potential consumers, the state of transport infrastructure, the level of economic development in the country. Internal factors include, first of all, the effectiveness of planning, service organization, employee motivation and control functions.
