Abstract

Погріщук Б.В. Екологічні засади розвитку аграрної економіки у концепції сталого розвитку. У статті обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні підходи щодо розширення екологічної складової аграрного виробництва у концепції сталого розвитку. У процесі дослідження розкрито концепт «сталого розвитку» для аграрного сектору економіки, висвітлено екологічні проблеми, наявні у сільськогосподарському виробництві, висвітлено питання екологічно орієнтованого виробництва та розвитку екологічного підприємництва. Здійснено пошук факторів посилення природоохоронної функції в процесі господарської діяльності, підвищення екологічної безпеки та конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарської продукції, виділено переваги екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва.

В статье обоснованы теоретико-методологические подходы по расширению экологической составляющей аграрного производства в концепции устойчивого развития. В процессе исследования раскрыто концепт «устойчивого развития» для аграрного сектора экономики, освещены экологические проблемы, имеющиеся в сельскохозяйственном производстве, раскрыты вопросы экологически ориентированного производства и развития экологического предпринимательства. Осуществлен поиск факторов усиления природоохранной функции в процессе хозяйственной деятельности, повышения экологической безопасности и конкурентоспособности сельскохозяйственной продукции, выделено преимущества экологизации сельскохозяйственного производства.

Pogrischuk B.V. Environmental principles of agrarian economy development in the concept of sustainable development. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to expanding the environmental component of agricultural production in the concept of sustainable development. Among the objectives of the study are: disclosure of the concept of «sustainable development» for the agrarian sector of the economy, coverage of environmental problems existing in agricultural production, search for factors to enhance the environmental function in the process of economic activity of agricultural producers. Sustainable development of all branches of the national economic complex is possible provided the introduction of ecological principles of economic management, which involves orientation to the principles of rational resource-responsive nature management, use of environmental technologies in the production, implementation of environmental innovations and environmental activities. It is determined that in the current economic conditions, the priorities of the agrarian economy include an ecological vector of development aimed at expanding activities in the field of environmentally friendly production and measures for environmental protection. In the search for a balance between economic feasibility and environmental security, there is a need to reorient production to an ecological type of development. We are convinced that one of the important steps towards the formation of environmentally oriented production in the agricultural sector is the innovative introduction, which is a factor of intensive growth in the conditions of achieving sustainable development. Achieving environmental priorities in the context of sustainable development of the agrarian economy is based on the elimination of the consequences of the eco-destructive impact of production processes; improving and expanding the implementation of biotechnology in various industries. Prospects for further research are focused on the differential selection of sustainable development indicators; achieving a balance between economic and environmental development goals; stimulating the emergence of new social benefits in the production of environmentally friendly products.
