Організаційна культура як засіб формування іміджу державної установи

Abstract

У статті наведені теоретичні узагальнення змісту організаційної культури, аналіз організаційної культури як засобу формування іміджу державної установи, визначення проблемних питань та розробка системи заходів щодо їх удосконалення Висвітлено фактори впливу на формування організаційної культури державної установи. Запропоновано розробити інструментарій організаційної культури, яка б забезпечила формування позитивного іміджу державної установи.

The article presents theoretical generalizations of the content of organizational culture, analysis of organizational culture as a means of forming the image of a state institution, identifying problematic issues and developing a system of measures to improve them. Factors influencing the formation of organizational culture of a state institution. It is proposed to develop a toolkit of organizational culture, which would ensure the formation of a positive image of the state institution.
