Інтегральна оцінка забезпечення ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу аграрних підприємств

Abstract

Запропоновано використання інтегрального показника для оцінки ефективності використання матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств, який являє собою результат комплексної оцінки діяльності, отриманий шляхом часткового розрахунку та дослідження системи статистичних показників, які розраховані за допомогою показників по кожному блоку згідно визначених стимуляторів та дестимуляторів.

Determine the feasibility of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of material and technical base and developed an integrated indicator of assessment of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises, which will be economically viable and easy to use in practice. Proposed use of the integral index, which is the result of a comprehensive assessment of the activities prepared by the partial calculation and research system of statistical indicators calculated on the basis of indicators for each block certain stimulants and disincentives. The integrated system for assessing the effectiveness of the use of material and technical base of agricultural enterprises allows to qualitatively and quantitatively characterize trends in the development of the region, it points to weaknesses that need to be addressed in order to improve its rankings. The advantage of the integrated evaluation method is that it eliminates the ambiguity and assess the impact of the factors to get the most accurate result. In addition, the modeling study suggests integral index scorecards underlying estimates and conclusions drawn on the basis of the integral index, although they are oriented in character, perform a supporting role determining the nature of changes in the results of economic and financial activity. The main disadvantages that severely limit its scope, are the complexity of establishing the level of significance of the indicators included in the integrated performance indicator and a prerequisite accounting features and the scope of the area of operation of the business.

Предложено использование интегрального показателя для оценки эффективности использования материально-технической базы аграрных предприятий, который представляет собой результат комплексной оценки деятельности, полученный путем частичного расчета и исследования системы статистических показателей, рассчитанных на основе показателей по каждому блоку определенных стимуляторов и дестимуляторов.
