Тенденції використання водних ресурсів України

Abstract

Широков М.А. Тенденції використання водних ресурсів України. У статті розглянуто тенденції та закономірності використання водних ресурсів на засадах їх збереження та відновлення. Проаналізована динаміка основних показників використання водних ресурсів України за 1990-2017 роки. Доведено, що використання водних ресурсів є екстенсивним. Підтверджено, що прискорений обмін товарів і послуг призводить до прискореного переміщення водних ресурсів, будь-яке виробництво є водомістким процесом, а споживання води тісно корелює із обсягами виробництва. Окреслено шляхи раціоналізації використання води в господарській діяльності на засадах збереження та відновлення водних ресурсів.

MA. Shirokov. Trends in the use of water resources of Ukraine. In the article the tendencies and regularities of use of water resources on the basis of their conservation and restoration are considered. The dynamics of the main indicators of water resources use in Ukraine for 1990-2017 years is analyzed. It is proved that the use of water resources is extensive. It is confirmed that the accelerated exchange of goods and services leads to an accelerated movement of water resources, any production is a water-based process, and water consumption is closely correlated with the volume of production. Taking into account the close correlation between the level of GDP and water consumption, it is possible to agree with the opinion that on the principles of water conservation in the interests of Ukraine: - to provide control over man-made and anthropogenic loads; to accelerate the re-use of water at an accelerated pace; to reduce water losses during transportation; to reduce the volume of drainage of untreated sewage; to increase the level of industrial, agricultural and municipal wastewater treatment. The graphical and analytical representation of the correlation of GDP and the amount of water taken from natural water makes it possible to state that GDP is almost 86% correlated with the level of taken water, and this dependence may have the form of exponential function. The ways of streamlining the use of water in economic activity on the basis of conservation and restoration of water resources are outlined.

Проанализирована динамика основных показателей использования водных ресурсов Украины по 1990-2017 годы. Доказано, что использование водных ресурсов является экстенсивным. Подтверждено, что ускоренный обмен товаров и услуг приводит к ускоренному перемещению водных ресурсов, любое производство является водоемких процессом, а потребление воды тесно коррелирует с объемами производства. Определены пути рационализации использования воды в хозяйственной деятельности на принципах сохранения и восстановления водных ресурсов.
