Динаміка фізіологічних показників собак за застосуванням кормової добавки «Біостим 40» та маклеї серцевидної

Abstract

У статті наведені дані щодо впливу на організм собак стимулюючої білково-вітамінно-мінеральної кормової добавки «Біостим 40» та трави маклеї серцевидної за умов додавання їх до основного раціону протягом місяця. Встановлено, що ці засоби не викликали клінічних ознак отруєння, але впливали на біосинтетичні процеси у організмі собак, що відображалось на стані фізіолого-біохімічних показників їх крові.

В статье приведены данные о влиянии на организм собак стимулирующей белково-витаминно-минеральной кормовой добавки «Биостим 40» и травы маклеи сердцевидной при условии добавления их к основному рациону на протяжении месяца. Установлено, что эти средства не вызывали клинических признаков отравления, но влияли на биосинтетические процессы в организме собак.

The use of biologically active substances of natural origin to improve adaptation and biostimulation of animals is becoming increasingly important. The studies of the physiological status of the animals when using growth stimulators and phytobiotics as well as their comprehensive analysis are necessary to develop new preparations and to make recommendations for their use. The most significant thing in the production of new dietary supplement is their effectiveness, no toxic effect on the organism, ease of fabrication and low cost. The article presents the data on the effects on dogs ' organism the stimulating protein-vitaminmineral feed supplement "Biostim 40" and the grass Macleay cordata when added to the basic diet of the dogs during the month. It has been found out that "Biostim 40" and the Macleay cordata did not cause clinical signs of toxicity but they affected the biosynthetic processes in the body of the dogs that had an impact on the physiological and biochemical parameters of blood of the dogs that was manifested by the increase in the number of erythrocytes and concentration of hemoglobin in whole blood as well as the content of total protein in the serum. By the results of the experiments it has also been noted that the proposed biologically active product contributed to the restoration of endogenous protective resources of the body, that is, to the gradual normalization of activity of indicator enzymes in the blood (the decrease in the activity of alkaline phosphatase, alanine- (ALT), aspartat- (AST) and gammaglutamyl- (GGT) aminotransferases), which is the basis for the use of these drugs as phytobiotics, protectors and stimulators of growth and development.
