Напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності зернового виробництва в аграрному підприємстві

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є розвиток дослідження теоретичних принципів та формування практичних рекондацій щодо покращення конкурентоздатності сільськогосподарських підприємств у сфері виробництва та реалізації зерна. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси зернового виробництва в аграрному підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є механізми та інструменти підвищення конкурентоспроможності зернового виробництва в аграрному підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю продукції аграрних підприємств. У другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан та напрями зростання конкурентоспроможності зерна. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані аграрними підприємствами для підвищення конкурентоспроможності їхньої продукції. Наведені методи оцінювання та рекомендації щодо організаційних та економічних факторів забезпечення конкурентоспроможного виробництва зерна можуть бути впроваджені у виробничий процес для підвищення ефективності та якості продукції. Це сприятиме покращенню ринкових позицій аграрних підприємств, збільшенню їхньої прибутковості та стійкості в умовах сучасної економіки.

The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development of research on theoretical principles and the formation of practical recommendations for improving the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in the field of grain production and sale. The object of research is the processes of grain production in an agricultural enterprise. The subject of the study is the mechanisms and tools for increasing the competitiveness of grain production in an agricultural enterprise. In the qualifying (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the theoretical principles of managing the competitiveness of products of agricultural enterprises are studied. The second chapter analyzes the current state and directions of grain competitiveness growth. The results of the research can be used by agricultural enterprises to increase the competitiveness of their products. The given assessment methods and recommendations regarding organizational and economic factors of ensuring competitive grain production can be implemented in the production process to improve the efficiency and quality of products. This will contribute to improving the market positions of agricultural enterprises, increasing their profitability and sustainability in the conditions of the modern economy.
