Abstract

Основною метою роботи є визначення передових практик, які надає фреймворк Індустрія 4.0 для машинобудівних підприємств при імплементації інноваційних проектів. Об’єктом роботи є підприємства, що імплементують інноваційні проекти. Предметом роботи є процеси імплементації інноваційних проектів Індустрія 4.0. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у доповненні теоретичних, практичних складових систем управління інноваціями на машинобудівних підприємствах при імплементації технологій Індустрії 4.0. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи впровадження інноваційних проектів в межах фреймворка індустрія 4.0 на підприємствах машинобудівної галузі. У другому розділі розглянута практика впровадження управління інноваційними проєктами відповідно до індустрії 4.0 на машинобудівних підприємствах. У висновках та пропозиціях запропоновані рекомендації для підприємств різного розміру по імплементації інноваційних проектів на підприємствах машинобудування

The main purpose of the work is to determine the best practices provided by the Industry 4.0 framework for machine-building enterprises in the implementation of innovative projects. The object of the study is enterprises implementing innovative projects. The subject of the work is the processes of implementation of innovative projects Industry 4.0. The scientific novelty of the results of the work is to supplement the theoretical and practical components of innovation management systems at machine-building enterprises in the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies. The qualification work: The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of implementing innovative projects within the Industry 4.0 framework at machine-building enterprises. The second section examines the practice of implementing innovation project management in accordance with Industry 4.0 at machine-building enterprises. The conclusions and proposals offer recommendations for enterprises of various sizes on the implementation of innovative projects at machine-building enterprises.
