Шпік Н.Р., Рижок З.Р. Наукові аспекти ефективного використання земельних ресурсів регіону. У статі розкрито визначення регіону як основи соціальноекономічного розвитку аграрної сфери. Передбачено створення інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі суспільного відтворення, що передбачає збільшення інвестицій у сільське господарство регіонів. Також описано комплексну систему заходів, які зможуть забезпечити створення регіону сталого розвитку.

N.R. Shpik, Z.R. Ryzhok. Scientific aspects of efficient use of land resources of a region. Subject of the research is presented by theoretical and methodological fundamental and practical measures concerning efficient use of land resources. Aim of the work. The aim of the work is to supply a theoretical and methodological definition of a region as a basis for social and economic development of agrarian sphere under conditions of market relations. It can be implemented by creation of an innovative and investment model of social reproduction, expecting increase of investments into agriculture of regions, as well as establishment of new relations of ownership for land and efficient mechanism of land market. Methods of performance. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is secured by a dialectical method of enquiry of the scientific aspects of efficient use of land resources in a region, which serve as a fundamental for settling of people, placing and development of productive forces of a society, as well as a principal indicator of economic development of a region and the country under transformation conditions. Findings of the work. The authors of the article propose to consider a region as a complex of land resources, spatial location of a definite area of land, causing specificity of the region as a territorial formation, because land and its resources supply the complete characteristic of a territory. The research also defines that rational use and protection of lands according to their intended use, creation of the best possible conditions for high productivity of agricultural lands, increase of the amounts of production and maximum volume of products per a unit of area under the least expenditures of labor and costs are the primary directions of regional economics of a territory. In such a case, an important position is occupied by land organization as the mechanism to satisfy the needs of food for society, and needs of raw materials for industry, considering soil and climatic conditions of the region. Application of the results. The presented results of the research can be widely applied, particularly for development of land resources of a region, considering the interests of regional needs, with use of land cadaster data and performance of land organization.
