Соціальна система як об'єкт безпеки

Abstract

Розглянуто основні підходи до визначення соціальної системи як об’єкта безпеки, сформовано визначення та обґрунтування поняття соціальної системи з точки зору об’єкта безпеки. Також розглянуто корінні функції, основні властивості та параметри соціальних систем, які характеризують особливості соціуму, визначено типологію соціальних систем.

The research paper is devoted to the main approaches to the definition of the social system as security object. The definition and substantiation of the concept of the system and the social system from the point of view of the security object is formed. The research considers the key and species functions of integrity, selfpreservation and development of the social and economic system providing. The base of the development of the social and economic system is considered by corporate economic interests, which enable to meet the relevant activities of the security object. For this purpose, qualitative and quantitative indices of development are used, the characteristic feature of which is tendency to increasing. Much attention is paid to the characterization of the properties and parameters of social systems which characterizes the peculiarities of society. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the social systems theory are considered, where it is determined that each social system can be an element of more global social formation. The theory of the division of society as a social system into three types of society is investigated and five main types of society are investigated, which are directly dependent on the prevailing model of production. Finally, the concept of «social security» is defined, which is rather new and hasn’t acquired consistent interpretation by scientists and practitioners. The problem of social systems security providing is considered, which arose in antiquity and remains the most important strategic task for the world community.
