Удосконалення системи складської логістики в контексті технологій "Індустрії 4.0"

Abstract

Проаналізовано вплив четвертої промислової революції на розвиток логістичних систем на прикладі складської логістики. Проведено аналіз світових трендів у складській логістиці та визначено зростання попиту на складські приміщення у світовому масштабі внаслідок розвитку e-commerce. Проведено оцінку відповідності української складської логістики світовим стандартам на прикладі складів компанії LEGO, розташованих в Одеській області, за такими показниками: аналіз за товарними групами, аналіз замовлень за типом відбору, аналіз замовлень за кількістю рядів і фізичним об’ємом, аналіз номенклатури за кількістю звернень (популярністю), аналіз складської активності протягом доби/року, загальний аналіз складських процесів. Запропоновано рекомендації для підвищення ефективності роботи складу відповідно до системи показників, покладених в основу світових стандартів.

The article analyzes the influence of the fourth industrial revolution on the development of logistic systems on the example of warehouse logistics. An analysis of world trends in warehouse logistics has been carried out and growth of demand for warehouses worldwide has been determined due to the development of e-commerce. The market for warehouse logistics is at the earliest stages of adaptation to changes in consumer demand and the development of the e-commerce sector. Also, it should be noted that most warehouses are very remotely constructed and designed in accordance with world standards in the field of warehouse logistics. Typically, these are the areas of former factories or large agrarian premises. An assessment of the conformity of Ukrainian warehouse logistics to world standards is conducted on the example of LEGO warehouses located in the Odessa region on the following indicators: analysis by commodity groups; analysis of orders by type of selection; ordering analysis by number of rows and physical volume; analysis of the nomenclature by the number of hits (popularity); analysis of warehouse activity during the day / year; general analysis of warehouse processes. It is established that the composition is very far from world standards and requires urgent optimization to increase profitability. Recommendations for increasing efficiency of the warehouse work in accordance with the system of indicators, which are laid down in the world standards are gives. The main areas of improvement of warehouse logistics in Ukraine should be the following: the concept "pick & pass" is proposed; choice of WMS-system and general computerization of the warehouse; continuous improvement of composition and ongoing analysis of key KPIs.
