В статті досліджені ризики та загрози, які призводять до послаблення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Визначений перелік загроз кадровій безпеці, обумовлених представниками групи ризику. Наведена розширена класифікація загроз залежно від сфери їх виникнення. Представлена удосконалена класифікація ризиків та загроз кадрової безпеки за рахунок доповнення стратегічно важливими та значущими ризиками, а також наведено значення загроз для підприємства.

The article explores the risks and threats that lead to a weakening of the personnel security of the enterprise. The list of personnel security threats caused by representatives of the risk group is determined. An extended classification of threats is presented depending on the scope of their occurrence. An improved classification of risks and threats to personnel safety is proposed by supplementing with strategically important and significant risks, and the meanings of threats to the enterprise are given. In recent years, the personnel management system has been playing an increasingly important role in ensuring the economic security of the organization. On the one hand, the urgent task is to protect personnel from causing him material, moral or physical harm, on the other hand, to protect the organization from accidental or deliberate actions of employees, which are manifested primarily due to the occurrence of risks and threats that negatively affect the personnel enterprise security. The safety of the functioning of the organization is ensured by a set of legal, organizational and technical measures. The purpose of this article is a theoretical study of risks and threats that weaken the personnel safety of the enterprise, their analysis and improvement by supplementing with strategically important and significant risks. The object of personnel security can be considered negative risks and threats associated with the activities of personnel. Considering that a significant part of internal threats are realized with the participation or with the assistance of the enterprise personnel, it can be considered that the main source of such threats is the employees of the organization itself and the task of personnel security is to carry out activities aimed at preventing threats, mitigating their negative impact, as well as conducting continuous monitoring aimed at ensuring personnel safety. The list of security threats caused by representatives of the risk group and their consequences for the enterprise can cause serious damage, especially in the context of the global economic crisis; therefore, measures to reduce the unreliability of these groups of people should be comprehensive. In addition, a number of dependencies may appear during the employee’s work in the company. Expanding the perimeter of existing risks and threats contributes to the prevention of actions dangerous for the enterprise on the part of employees of the risk group, and the prevention of uncontrollability of the process of disseminating classified information.

В статье исследованы риски и угрозы, которые приводят к ослаблению кадровой безопасности предприятия. Определен перечень угроз кадровой безопасности, обусловленных представителями группы риска. Представлена расширенная классификация угроз в зависимости от сферы их возникновения. Предложена усовершенствованная классификация рисков и угроз кадровой безопасности за счет дополнения стратегически важными и значимыми рисками, а также приведены значения угроз для предприятия.
