Управлінські заходи впливу на ефективність виробництва продукції рослинництва

Abstract

У статті обґрунтований комплекс заходів управлінського впливу на ефективність виробництва продукції рослинництва. здійснено аналіз сучасного стану ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва в досліджуваному підприємстві. Обґрунтовані напрями удосконалення управління виробництвом продукції рослинництва. Здійснено оцінку ефективності управління виробництвом індексним методом. Запропоноване використання економічних методів управління трудовим колективом господарства. Доведена необхідність впровадження у господарстві контролінгу як системи управління процесом досягнення кінцевих цілей і результатів діяльності підприємства, або як системи управління прибутком підприємства. Визначені основні напрями діяльності по підвищенню якості продукції рослинництва. Систематизовані принципи управління якістю продукції рослинництва. Доведена необхідність і визначена ефективність використання розпорядчих методів управління. Проведена оцінка організаційно управлінської структури досліджуваного підприємства. Зроблено висновок про необхідність відмови від лінійно-функціональної структури управління для підвищення ефективності управління виробництвом продукції рослинництва.

В статье обоснован комплекс мероприятий управленческого влияния на эффективность производства продукции растениеводства. осуществлен анализ современного состояния эффективности производства продукции растениеводства в исследуемом предприятии. Обоснованные направления совершенствования управления производством продукции растениеводства. Осуществлена оценка эффективности управления производством индексным методом. Предложено использование экономических методов управления трудовым коллективом хозяйства. Доказана необходимость внедрения в хозяйстве контроллинга системы управления процессом достижения конечных целей и результатов деятельности предприятия, или как системы управления прибылью предприятия. Определены основные направления деятельности по повышению качества продукции растениеводства. Систематизированы принципы управления качеством продукции растениеводства. Доказана необходимость и определена эффективность использования распорядительных методов управления. Проведена оценка организационно-управленческой структуры исследуемого предприятия. Сделан вывод о необходимости отказа от линейно-функциональной структуры управления для повышения эффективности управления производством продукции растениеводства.

The article notes the significant impact on the effectiveness of crop management and motivation mechanism. It is noted that the increase in production efficiency is high not only by technical support, improving working conditions and work organization and other measures but also through effective management. It is reported that crop industry plays a crucial role in forming food security of Ukraine because they provide people with food, animal - feed, food processing and light industry - raw materials, foreign trade - export goods. Also noted that plant covers a number of areas: grain farming, sugar-beet production, cultivation of oilseeds, potatoes, vegetables, fodder and other crops. Determined that the system of motivation plays a leading role in all internal factors affecting the development of the organization. Proved that guarantee the sustainability of the enterprise will be a high level of process control with advanced technology that will form the basis of perfect process of passing information flow and better decision making with regard to all possible crisis situations and avoid them. Indicated that the perfect technology management considers factors such as the complexity, dynamics, uncertainty management adapts to the conditions of taking into account these factors and use their influence is not as obstacles, but as new features available is determined that improving the management of crop production as an important reserve its enforcement includes the development of complex organizational, technical and socio-economic measures which ensure efficient use of land, labor, technology and other resources to create favorable working and living conditions of workers, new technologies and a quality of perfection. Proved that the leadership of the investigated company should manage the selection, training, evaluation, compensation and communication, to create, improve and use special techniques, procedures, methods of influence on their employees to maximize their potential to achieve organizational goals. It is noted that the main purpose of modern management system in the enterprise should be studied and most widely improvement and effective use of economic management labor collective farms, the most significant is commercial (economic) calculation. Reasonable set of measures of administrative influence on the efficiency of crop production. analyzes the current state of efficiency of crop production in the test facility. It is noted that in the current economic conditions necessary for the effective implementation and management of production processes in agricultural enterprise is the use in practice management scheme of its organizational structure, which allows us to understand the formal hierarchy of the organization, including management structure and reporting processes used to solve a number of tasks: defining roles and responsibilities of all personnel within the organization; establishing hierarchical structure of authority, power and decision-making; forming channels of communication and flow of information, including rules and submission methods of regulation relating to methods of reporting; the formation mechanism of control determine the degree and extent of centralized control; defining the functions and management tasks. The conclusion about the necessity of abandoning the linear functional management structure to enhance efficiency of crop production.
