Управлінські заходи впливу на ефективність виробництва продукції рослинництва

Abstract

В статье обоснован комплекс мероприятий управленческого влияния на эффективность производства продукции растениеводства осуществлен анализ современного состояния эффективности производства продукции растениеводства в исследуемом предприятии. Обоснованные направления совершенствования управления производством продукции растениеводства. Осуществлена оценка эффективности управления производством индексным методом. Предложено использование экономических методов управления трудовым коллективом хозяйства. Определены основные направления деятельности по повышению качества продукции растениеводства. Систематизированы принципы управления качеством продукции растениеводства. Доказана необходимость и определена эффективность использования распорядительных методов управления. Проведена оценка организационно-управленческой структуры исследуемого предприятия.

The article notes the significant impact on the effectiveness of crop management and motivation mechanism. It is noted that the increase in production efficiency is high not only by technical support, improving working conditions and work organization and other measures but also through effective management. It is reported that crop industry plays a crucial role in forming food security of Ukraine because they provide people with food, animal - feed, food processing and light industry - raw materials, foreign trade - export goods. Proved that guarantee the sustainability of the enterprise will be a high level of process control with advanced technology that will form the basis of perfect process of passing information flow and better decision making with regard to all possible crisis situations and avoid them. Indicated that the perfect technology management considers factors such as the complexity, dynamics, uncertainty management adapts to the conditions of taking into account these factors and use their influence is not as obstacles, but as new features available is determined that improving the management of crop production as an important reserve its enforcement includes the development of complex organizational.
