Abstract

Исследовано перспективы Украины в сотрудничестве со странами Европейского Союза, ее участие в совместной политике и возможности по обеспечению разумного возрастания, что является одним из направлений стратегии «Европа 2020». Указаны особенности и проблемы реализации разумного роста в Украине и других странах Европейского Союза.

Studied the prospects of Ukraine's cooperation with the countries of the European Union, its participation in the joint agricultural policy and the possibility to secure a reasonable increase, which is one of the directions of the strategy "Europe 2020". These features and challenges implementing smart growth in Ukraine and other countries of the European Union. Proposed direction of achieving the Millennium Development Goals and the necessity of activities aimed at cooperation of European countries in order to achieve common economic and socially beneficial results. Studied the work as of 2015, both the European Union and Ukraine in particular as examining what has been achieved can determine vectors of follow-up. European Union provides for gradual convergence and increased harmonization of policies and legislation to promote the development of agriculture and other areas. Focusing development of agrarian sector of Ukraine on the latest recognized by the European community priorities osuchasnyt principles driving the domestic economy will help strengthen suspend disadvantaged socio-ecological processes in this area. Finally, development on the basis of generally meet European standards and you can hope for targeted funding for the implementation of measures for development in Ukraine. The result of an action under this priority will accelerate the innovation potential of Europe and Ukraine, improvement in education outcomes, quality and results of educational establishments, and the use of economic and social benefits of a digital society. This policy should be implemented at regional, national and European levels.
