Abstract

Предметом исследования выступают социально-экономические отношения по поводу использования первичных источников энергии и направления снижения энергетической зависимости на предприятиях промышленности. Достижение цели исследования обусловливает необходимость выполнения следующих задач: - проанализировать уровень тарифов на основные первичные источники энергии (природный газ и электроэнергию); - определить основные проблемы, сдерживающие внедрение энергосберегающих технологий; - определить направления снижения зависимости промышленного сектора от природного газа, импортируемого из Российской Федерации; - сравнить тарифы на традиционные и альтернативные виды топлива; - раскрыть влияние законодательной и нормативно-правовой инициативы на развитие процессов энергосбережения на предприятиях промышленности; - исследовать и охарактеризовать проекты по внедрению альтернативных видов топлива на предприятиях промышленности, нацеленных на снижение энергетической зависимости; - рассмотреть основные положения Энергетической стратегии на период до 2030 г., в плоскости развития энергопотребления сектором промышленности.

The subject of research are the social and economic relations on the use of primary energy sources and the direction of reducing energy dependence on industrial enterprises. Achieving the goal of the study necessitates the following tasks: - To analyze the level of tariffs for major primary energy sources (natural gas and electricity); - Identify the main problems hindering the implementation of energy-saving technologies; - To determine the direction of the industrial sector to reduce dependence on natural gas imported from the Russian Federation; - Compare the rates for traditional and alternative fuels; - To reveal the impact of legislative and regulatory initiatives on the development of energy saving processes in industrial enterprises; - To investigate and characterize the projects on introduction of alternative fuels in industrial enterprises, aimed at reducing energy dependence; - Consider the main provisions of the Energy Strategy for the period up to 2030, in the plane of energy industry sectors. The most important results of the study are to determine the main problems hampering the development of industrial enterprises, the development of practical recommendations aimed at enhancing innovation activity in projects of energy-saving use of primary energy resources and production and replace them with alternative sources of energy. A study primarily useful for business management industries.
