Регулювання інноваційного розвитку факторів виробництва в економіці

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы исследования влияния инновационного развития факторов производства как основной составляющей экономического роста. Определены подходы к регулированию инновационного развития факторов производства, которые могут быть использованы в процессе формирования соответствующей теоретико-методологической основы концептуального подхода к государственному регулированию инновационного процесса в экономике, в том числе в её аграрной сфере. В процессе исследования инновационного развития факторов производства предложено использовать два основных метода: экономический и наукометрический.

The theoretical grounds of the research on the problem of the influence of innovative development of the production factors as the principal ingredient of the economic growth are considered. The approaches to the regulation of the innovative development of the production factors are determined, which can be used in the development of the corresponding theoretical and methodological base of the conceptual approach to the state regulation of innovative process in the economy, including the agrarian sector. In the process of research on the problem of the innovative development of the production factors, two main methods, economic and scientometric are offered. The need for the state regulation of the innovative development are determined by the comparison of the useful effect and the public inputs on its support. The need for rational use of the budget and taxation methods of the regulation of innovative activity are stressed. The general tasks and goals in the state agrarian innovative policy are shown/
