Класифікація земельних ресурсів як інструмент ефективного управління та раціонального використання

Abstract

The classification of land resources is considered as an important tool of effective management and rational use of land. Classification allows to systematize information about different types of land, to determine their legal status and condition, which contributes to optimal planning and management of land resources. The main classification features are highlighted, in particular by subjects of property rights, nature of use, degree of involvement in economic activity, industry purpose and participation in mortgage lending. A three-level approach to the classification of land resources by the level of involvement in the production process is proposed, which allows to increase the effectiveness of management decisions and ensure the rational use of land assets. The importance of compliance of the classification with international standards was emphasized, which will contribute to sustainable development and preservation of natural resources.
