Abstract

В.В. Лагодиенко, А.В. Швец. Причинно-следственный базис развития трудовой миграции в Украине. Статья посвящена анализу проблем трудовой миграции в Украине. Охарактеризованы, что миграция является сложным комплексным и масштабным феноменом, который влияет на развитие социально-экономической системы Украины, рынок труда, численность и структуру населения. Исследована динамика и структура миграции по регионам. Проанализированы причинноследственные показатели трудовой миграции и осуществлено их сравнительную характеристику с зарубежными странами. Доказано влияние этих переводов на благосостояние семей мигрантов и экономику страны в целом. Обосновано, что с целью оптимизации государственной регуляторной политики в сфере трудовой миграции следует разработать комплекс мер для содействия развитию предпринимательства и самозанятости населения, повышение уровня оплаты труда работников, а также регулировать процессы воспроизводства рабочей силы в соответствии с потребностями регионов страны, обеспечить постепенный рост уровня жизни украинских граждан согласно европейским стандартам

The problem of labor migration in Ukraine has become relevant in recent years, as it significantly affects the socio-economic development of both donor and recipient countries. As a complex economic phenomenon, labor migration changes the composition of labor resources, creates a new situation in labor markets, exacerbates the demographic situation in the country. The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of labor migration in Ukraine. It is characterized that migration is a complex and large-scale phenomenon that affects the development of the socio-economic system of Ukraine, the labor market, population size and structure. The dynamics and structure of migration by regions are studied. It is determined that the flows of labor migrants from Ukraine to different countries are unevenly distributed depending on their region of residence. The causal indicators of labor migration are analyzed and their comparative characteristics with foreign countries are carried out. The labor market and the level of wages are characterized as the main factors influencing labor migration in modern conditions. Socio-economic problems and consequences of labor, prospects of their solution are outlined. The geographical orientation and the level of participation of different regions of Ukraine in labor migration are studied, the reasons for such distribution are revealed. The analysis of the situation on the labor market and reproduction of the labor force in Ukraine and the world, the dynamics of unemployment and wages. The dynamics of money transfers from abroad and their distribution by countries are analyzed. The impact of these transfers on the well-being of migrant families and the country's economy as a whole has been proven. The main problematic issues in the field of international labor migration in Ukraine, which need urgent settlement, are substantiated, on the basis of which the ways of settlement of problems related to labor migration are proposed.
