Abstract

В статье определена особая роль системы планирования и прогнозирования ресурсной урожайности капусты как приоритетной среди овощных растений. В статье определены основные условия планирования и прогнозирования ресурсной урожайности овощного растения. Учтены морфологические и биологические особенности и экологические условия выращивания овощной растения. Проведена оценка и определение уровня урожайности овощной растения при различных условиях: потенциально возможной урожайности растения, действительно-возможной урожайности растения по влагообеспеченностью, действительно-возможной урожайности растения по бонитета почв, действительно-возможной урожайности растения балансовым методом; климатически обеспеченной урожайности растения; технологической и ресурсо- обеспеченной урожайности.

The company creates a competitive environment by stimulating economic activity, the introduction of new equipment and technology. Through its main purpose - making a profit - it promotes the development of promising areas of economic activity, therefore, is a lever to change the structure of the economy, promotes the rational use of resources and provides incentives for highly efficient work. The article identifies the special role of the system of planning and forecasting the resource yield of cabbage as a priority among vegetable plants. The article defines the main conditions for planning and forecasting the resource yield of vegetable plants. Morphological and biological features and ecological conditions of growing vegetable plants are taken into account. The assessment and determination of the level of vegetable plant yield under different conditions: potentially possible plant yield, really possible plant yield in terms of moisture supply, really possible plant yield in terms of soil quality, really possible plant yield by balance method; climatically provided plant yield; technological and resource-intensive yields. Thus, in the conditions of the market mechanism of management the agricultural enterprises have full independence in a choice of a subject of the activity, the establishment of communications with consumers of the made production, effective directions of use of production-financial and labour resources. The responsibility of enterprises for the results of production and financial activities is growing significantly. In modern conditions, without detailed calculations of production programs of individual industries, as well as leased units, it is impossible to start any significant event in economic activity. Planning allows you to assess the conditions in which the company is forced to operate, identify its weaknesses and strengths, anticipate opportunities, benefits and losses.
