Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено науковому вирішенню актуальної науково прикладної проблеми, що полягає у розвитку, розробці та науковому обґрунтуванні теоретичного базису, методологічних положень, методичних підходів і рекомендацій щодо формування обліково-аналітичного забезпечення 39 управління економічною активністю підприємств торгівлі виходячи із інформаційних потреб стейкхолдерів і цілей сталого розвитку. Досліджено генезис розвитку теоретичного базису управління економічною активністю та сформовано авторське визначення дефініції «економічна активність підприємства торгівлі», визначено її компонентний склад. Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку потенціалу формування економічної активності підприємств торгівлі України. Розроблено концепцію формування обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління економічною активністю підприємств торгівлі. Визначено теоретико-методичні засади формування облікової політики підприємства торгівлі. Розроблено технологію бухгалтерського інжинірингу, орієнтовану на генерування за визначеними обліковими номенклатурами і бізнес-юнітами релевантної обліково-аналітичної інформації. Удосконалено методичні положення із формування управлінської звітності щодо потенціалу економічної активності підприємства. Удосконалено організаційно-методичні засади аналітичного забезпечення управління економічною активністю підприємств торгівлі. Запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки потенціалу формування економічної активності підприємств торгівлі. Обґрунтовано науково-методичний підхід до ідентифікації рівня економічної активності підприємства. Визначено концептуальні засади системи стратегічного адаптивного управління економічною активністю підприємств торгівлі. Удосконалено методичне забезпечення контролінгу економічної активності підприємства. Сформовано організаційно-функціональний підхід до структурування і формування змістовно-сенсового наповнення моделі обліково-аналітичного забезпечення в управлінні економічною активністю підприємств торгівлі з використанням технології бухгалтерського інжинірингу.

The thesis is devoted to the scientific solution of the current scientific and applied problem, which is in the development, elaboration and scientific substantiation of the theoretical basis, methodological provisions, methodological approaches and recommendations for the accounting and analytical support formation of trade enterprises economic activity management on the base of stakeholders’ information needs and sustainable development goals. The theoretical basis development genesis of trade enterprises economic activity management is studied, its origin zone is identified and it is proved that it is complex multifaceted category, which is manifestation of enterprise economic behavior; it is formed during the performance of economic activity functional tasks in the commercial, financial, personnel, management, investment, innovation, market, social and environmental spheres and characterized by the intensity of changes in the space-time dimension. The author’s definition of the «trade enterprise economic activity» term is formed and its functional components are determined. The activity profile architectonics according to the enterprise economic activity functional trends is formed. The tendencies and regularities of potential development of Ukrainian trade enterprises economic activity formation are identified. The determinants of threats and opportunities of trade enterprises economic activity intensification are determined. The expediency of forming accounting and analytical support in the form of strategic type integrated system is substantiated. The concept of accounting and analytical support formation of trade enterprises economic activity management is developed. The architectonics of the strategically oriented integrated system of accounting and analytical support of trade enterprise economic activity management is formed. The implementation mechanism of the strategically-oriented system concept of accounting and analytical support of trade enterprise economic activity management is developed. Theoretical and methodical bases of accounting policy formation on the base of standardization and modification by means of accounting engineering procedures and mechanisms of accounting process and reporting are determined. The accounting engineering technology is developed, it focuses on the generation by relevant accounting nomenclatures and business units of relevant accounting and analytical information of retrospective and perspective nature of the accounting and analytical support system of enterprise economic activity management. The necessity of coordinating the reporting forms content with stakeholders’ information needs is substantiated. The methodological provisions of management reporting formation of trade enterprise economic activity potential are improved. The projection of economic activity analysis as a part of accounting and analytical support on the enterprise management system is determined. The organizational and methodological bases of analytical support of trade enterprises economic activity management are improved. The preconditions are identified and the component structure of the methodology of trade enterprise economic activity analysis is specified. The conceptual model of the potential analysis of formation and level of trade enterprises economic activity is formed. The functional model of methods of trade enterprises economic activity analysis is developed. The organizational and information model of the analytical process technology for the study of economic activity and its formation potential is developed. The methodical approach to the economic activity potential assessing is proposed. Multilevel factor models of effective indices dependence of mixed type commercial activity are developed. Indices of economic activity functional components assessing are systematized. The method of integrated dynamic assessment of trade enterprise economic activity level is proposed. The scientific and methodological approach to the level identification and trade enterprise economic activity degree determination (low, medium, high, very high) is substantiated. The relationships modeling of structural and functional components of accounting and analytical support formation process in the trade enterprise management information system is carried out. The economic activity adaptive management concept is developed; it allows forming alternative variants of managerial actions which are adapted to the business environment changes. The conceptual model is developed, the contour of which integrates the structural relationship of the business environment, the architecture of the economic activity adaptive management concept and the trade enterprises strategic management system. The multilevel architecture of economic activity controlling in the trade enterprise management system is formed. The system of activity controlled indices according to functional directions of trade enterprise economic activity is proposed. It is recommended to calculate the integrated activity indices according to business units in general and in terms of functional trends of economic activity. The expediency of creating the accounting and analytical platform through the tools of management accounting and reporting for changes monitoring in time and space of trade enterprise economic activity indices is substantiated. The methodological support of trade enterprises economic activity controlling is improved. The target movement of parametric accounting system data through accounts, sub-accounts, mega accounts, interim, financial and management reports is identified for obtaining the system of indices which are proposed for trade enterprise economic activity assessing. The model of accounting and analytical support in the economic activity management with use of the accounting engineering technology is developed. The organizational and functional approach to structuring and formation of semantic content of the developed model is formed.
