dc.description.abstractПриведены результаты изменения давления в системе смазки двигателей при работе на моторных маслах разной вязкости в зависимости от наработки при эксплуатации.uk_UA
Investigations were made of changes in pressure in the lubrication system of the VAZ-2108, Daewoo Lanos and DEUTZ engines when operating on oils of different viscosities and the results of changes in the pressure in the lubrication system of engines when operating on engine oils of different viscosities depending on operating time were obtained. The studies were conducted at the Department of Technical Operation and Car Service at the stand when the new VAZ-2108 engine was running on SAE 15W-40 engine oil (viscosity at 100 оС – 14,1 mm2 /s), SAE 5W-30 (viscosity at 100 оС – 12,2 mm2 /s) and SAE 20W-50 (viscosity at 100 оС – 17,2 mm2 /s). When the VAZ-2108 engine was running on SAE 20W-50 engine oil, the pressure in the engine lubrication system increased by 0,02 – 0,04 MPa compared to SAE 15W-40 oil. When the engine was running on SAE 5W-30 engine oil, the pressure in the engine lubrication system decreased by 0,02 – 0,09 MPa compared to SAE 15W-40. After changing the SAE 20W-50 engine oil to SAE 10W-40, the pressure decreases from the crankshaft speed in the engine lubrication system at a temperature of 85 оС to 0,013 MPa. The oil pressure in the lubrication system of the tractor engine with a slight operating time when filling in engine oil of the same viscosity can vary up to 19%. In operation, there are often cases when, after replacing the engine oil, a decrease in pressure in the engine lubrication system is observed. When checking, it turns out that in the engine oil being drained, the viscosity is 4-9 mm2/s higher than in the engine oil being filled. When selecting engine oil with different viscosities, it is necessary to take into account the technical condition of the engine and the design features of the car for which a particular brand of oil is selected.uk_UA
