Інституційні чинники інвестиційного процесу в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто особливість інституційного аспекту ролі держави в економіці, її основні інституційні функції, їх вплив на інвестиційні сферу та клімат, причини неефективного інституційного середовища. З’ясовано причини високого ступеня невизначеності майбутнього та його вплив на поведінку інвесторів під час прийняття рішення щодо інвестиційного періоду.

The peculiarities of the institutional aspect of the state’s role in the economy, its main institutional functions and their influence on the investment structure and climate, the reasons of the institutional environment inefficiency are considered in the article. The reasons of high level of uncertainty of the future and its influence on the investors’ behavior during the decision making are revealed.
