Розвиток фондового ринку України в умовах впровадження та трансформації діджитал-технологій

Abstract

Обґрунтовано економічну сутність фондового ринку, його функції та роль в ринковій економіці; надано класифікацію та характеристику економічним суб’єктам фондового ринку; систематизовано класифікаційні критерії та надано порівняльну характеристику основних груп та видів цінних паперів як інструментів фондового ринку; проаналізовано сучасний стан та визначено ключові тенденції розвитку фондового ринку України в умовах війни; розглянуто існуючу методику інвестиційного аналізу пайових та боргових фондових інструментів та удосконалено методичний інструментарій оцінки їх інвестиційної привабливості; проведено фундаментальний аналіз акцій різних емітентів – публічних акціонерних товариств, оцінено їх інвестиційну привабливість для інвесторів; надано фінансову оцінку дохідності та ризику державних та корпоративних боргових інструментів фондового ринку; обґрунтовано стратегію інноваційного розвитку фондового ринку України на основі діджиталізації; визначено напрями трансформації фондового ринку України на основі розвитку цифрової економіки в умовах воєнного стану; проаналізовано ефективність здійснення інвестиційних операцій в інструменти фондового ринку України з використанням сучасних діджитал-технологій. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці теоретичних положень, удосконаленні методичного інструментарію, наданих висновків та рекомендацій, які дозволять поліпшити якість та підвищити ефективність управління фінансовими інвестиціями в інструменти фондового ринку на основі фундаментальної оцінки інвестиційної привабливості та ризикованості пайових та боргових цінних паперів різних емітентів в умовах впровадження та трансформації діджитал-технологій.

The economic essence of the share market, its function and role in market economy is proved; classification and the characteristic is given economic subjects of the share market; classification criteria are systematised and the comparative characteristic of the basic groups and kinds of securities as tools of the share market is given; the modern condition is analysed and key tendencies of development of the share market of Ukraine in the conditions of war are defined; the existing technique of the investment analysis of share and debt share tools is considered and the methodical toolkit of an estimation of their investment appeal is improved; the fundamental analysis of actions of different emitters - public joint-stock companies is carried out, is estimated their investment appeal to investors; the financial estimation of profitableness and risk of the state and corporate debt tools of the share market is given; Strategy of innovative development of the share market of Ukraine on the basis of digitalization is proved; directions of transformation of the share market of Ukraine on the basis of development of digital economy in the conditions of a military condition are defined; efficiency of realisation of investment operations in tools of the share market of Ukraine with use modern digital-technologies is analysed. Theoretical and practical value of the received results consists in working out of theoretical positions, improvement of the methodical toolkit, the given conclusions and recommendations which will allow to improve quality and to raise a management efficiency financial investments into tools of the share market on the basis of a fundamental estimation of investment appeal and riskiness of share and debt securities of different emitters in the conditions of introduction and transformation digital-technologies.
