dc.description.abstract | T.Y. Bilousko, L.V. Shovkun. Quality management in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural products. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of the quality of agricultural products as the main factor in the formation of the competitiveness of products and enterprises in general, identify ways to improve quality management and the possibilities of introducing and improving quality management systems in domestic agricultural enterprises, taking into account the production conditions and modern legislation of Ukraine. The authors propose to adapt the concepts of quality management, known in the world, to the conditions of production, logistics components, development of marketing activities, legislation of the country for Ukrainian enterprises and to determine the appropriate quality management system for agricultural products for implementation and development. In this case, the main elements of quality management should be: standardization and certification of products; internal quality systems; state supervision over the observance of standards, norms and rules and responsibility for their violation; in-house technical quality control. To achieve the results, the authors used a monographic method and considered the basic concepts of quality management, which underwent certain evolutionary changes in their development in countries with developed economies. The article analyzes and confirms the correlation between the quality and price of products on the example of the development of the milk market in Ukraine. The research results can be used in strategic planning and management of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. | uk_UA |
