У статті викладені результати дослідження удосконалення операційного менеджменту в приватному підприємстві «Богуслав-СВ» Борівського району Харківської області. Розкрито теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти удосконалення операційного менеджменту в сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Надаються конкретні пропозиції щодо шляхів удосконалення операційного менеджменту в сільськогосподарському підприємстві в даному сільськогосподарському підприємстві, що в свою чергу може бути використана для різних форм власності, з метою досягнення головної задачі господарювання – зростання економічної ефективності

В работе представлены конкретные предложения по повышению операционного менеджмента в данном сельскохозяйственном предприятии. Раскрыты теоретические, методические и практические аспекты повышения операционного менеджмента в данном сельскохозяйственном предприятии. Даются конкретные предложения относительно повышения операционного менеджмента в сельскохозяйственном предприятии, что в свою очередь может быть использована: для различных форм собственности, с целью достижения главной задачи хозяйствования - рост экономической эффективности.

Ponomarоva M.S. Fessenko A.S. Improving of operational management at an agricultural enterprise under the conditions of its competitiveness raising. The results of the researches concerning the improving of operational management at the private enterprise “Bohuslav-SV” in Borivskyi district of Kharkiv region have been presented in the article. Theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of improving of operational management at the agricultural enterprise have been given. Each enterprise performs its operational functions, which are carries out the activities of goods production or providing the services that the consumers need. The main activity of the enterprise is the operational system which requires the corresponding management of managers whose predominant competences are based on the analytical thoughts and abilities, capabilities and skills to perceive and evaluate the advantages of new technologies, to apply a wide range of knowledge in the field of analysis, organization of production and technologies. If the operational function is not performed effectively, then the entire enterprise as a whole could not succeed. The improvement of operational management at the agricultural enterprise should take place in the following main directions: the improvement of organizational system of the enterprise management; the optimization of management organization and business processes through the improvement of planning system and the systems of accounting and control over the main indices of the enterprise activities; improving the management of the resources and stocks quality; increasing the efficiency of the innovative processes management at the enterprise and the improving of the quality of the goods produced. The aim of the diploma paper is to improve the operational management at the agricultural enterprise. In accordance with the research objectives, such methods as monographic, abstract and logical, statistical analysis, method of comparisons and others were used. The concrete propositions as for the ways of improvement of operational management at an agricultural enterprise in the given agricultural enterprise are given. This, in its turn, can be used for different forms of ownership in order to reach the main task of farming that is the increasing of economic efficiency. Operational activity acts as a central link in the process of the enterprise main activity under the conditions of its competitiveness increasing, since the price and quality of the finished commodities (goods and labor) depend on the effectiveness of production and, accordingly, the transition to the next cycle in the complex of operations for the creation and sale of the finished goods to the final consumers.
