У статті розглянуто сутність та характеристики формування системи менеджменту агарних підприємств різних форм власності. Досліджено та структуровано основні ознаки системи менеджменту, які пов’язані з структурою, функціями та цілями. Обґрунтовано систему менеджменту підприємства, визначено особливості його формування через організаційні та управлінські конкурентні переваги, а також визначено можливості та перспективи формування сучасних управлінських систем для аграрних підприємств. Доведено, що система менеджменту в аграрних підприємствах повинна ґрунтуватися на розроблених методах і принципах за допомогою яких суб’єкти господарювання зможуть вийти на новий рівень розвитку та підвищити конкурентоспроможність.

В статье рассмотрены сущность и характеристики формирования системы менеджмента агарных предприятий разных форм собственности. Исследованы и структурированы основные признаки системы менеджмента, связанные со структурой, функциями и целями. Обоснована система менеджмента предприятия, определены особенности его формирования через организационные и управленческие конкурентные преимущества, а также определены возможности и перспективы формирования современных управленческих систем для аграрных предприятий. Доказано, что система менеджмента в аграрных предприятиях должна основываться на разработанных методах и принципах, с помощью которых субъекты хозяйствования смогут выйти на новый уровень развития и повысить конкурентоспособность

The article considers the essence and characteristics of the formation of the management system of agricultural enterprises of different forms of ownership. It is noted that the success of the development of agricultural enterprises is determined not only by production and technological or material and resource potential, but the level of competence and qualification of management plays an important role. The purpose of the article is to determine the nature and characteristics of the management system in agricultural enterprises, substantiation of their factors, components and directions of development. It is defined that the concept of "management" is the process of planning, organization, implementation and control of the organization in order to achieve coordination of human and material resources necessary for the effective implementation of tasks. The main purpose of such enterprises is the formation of organizational and cooperative culture of the enterprise. It is investigated that an important aspect in the process of increasing the competitiveness of the management system of small and medium enterprises is the formation of individual units or project groups that perform the operational tasks to achieve the overall goal. It is pointed out that the development of management in agricultural enterprises should be considered as a complex system that combines enterprise personnel, means and objects of labor, production technology, organizational and economic elements and is a continuous process of targeted organizational and socioeconomic impacts on the production system. set goals. The main tasks will be to increase the efficiency of production activities, improve the quality characteristics of products and expand or change its range, as well as the introduction of new products, increase productivity and use of all production resources. The effectiveness of agricultural enterprises depends on the correct implementation of methods and principles of management. Implement an effective management system and regulate it is possible only with the help of existing principles and methods, which include: creating a targeted management system; creation of appropriate organizational, economic and technical conditions; solving current and long-term tasks of enterprise development. The use of the principles and methods of the management system will ensure compliance with legal norms and powers, responsibility in resolving issues related to the effectiveness of economic activities of agricultural enterprises.
