Зв’язки з громадськістю в системі управління діяльності органу державної влади

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі розглянуто особливості розробки та обґрунтування заходів щодо удосконалення системи паблік рілейшнз та їхньої ролі у процесі організації діалогічних взаємовідносин органів публічного управління з громадськістю, визначення напряму комунікативної стратегії органів публічного управління. Проведено аналіз розвитку теоретико-методичного забезпечення та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо застосування сучасних форм і методів щодо формування громадських зв’язків органами публічної влади.

The qualifying (master's) thesis considered the peculiarities of the development and justification of measures to improve the public relations system and their role in the process of organizing dialogical relations of public administration bodies with the public, determining the direction of the communication strategy of public administration bodies. An analysis of the development of theoretical and methodological support and the development of practical recommendations for the use of modern forms and methods for the formation of public relations by public authorities was carried out.
