Публічна політика у сфері управління розвитком регіону Черкаської області

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо здійснення публічної політики у сфері управління розвитком регіону Черкаської області. Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення регіонального розвитку. Предметом дослідження є публічна політика у сфері управління розвитком регіону Черкаської області. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи публічної політики у сфері управління розвитком регіонів. У другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан публічної політики у сфері управління розвитком регіонів України. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями удосконалення публічної політики у сфері управління розвитком регіону Черкаської області Теоретична та практична значимість дослідження полягає в можливості використання теоретичних положень, рекомендацій та висновків викладених у роботі органами публічної влади, суб’єктами господарювання в процесі формування та реалізації публічної політики, при розробці законодавчих актів, а також у навчальному процесі слухачів при вивченні питань участі держави під час регулювання розвитку регіонів на засадах забезпечення зростання доходів та зайнятості населення, підвищення комфорту життєдіяльності мешканців усіх території країни.

The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for the implementation of public policy in the field of management of the development of the Cherkasy region. The object of the study is the process of ensuring regional development. The subject of the study is public policy in the field of development management of the Cherkasy region. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of public policy in the field of regional development management. The second chapter analyzes the current state of public policy in the field of managing the development of Ukraine's regions. In the third section, directions for improving public policy in the field of managing the development of the Cherkasy region are proposed. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the theoretical provisions, recommendations and conclusions presented in the work of public authorities, economic entities in the process of forming and implementing public policy, in the development of legislative acts, as well as in the educational process of listeners when studying issues of state participation while regulating the development of regions on the basis of ensuring the growth of incomes and employment of the population, increasing the comfort of life of residents of all territories of the country.
