Удосконалення системи стратегічного управління підприємством на засадах сталого розвитку

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є теоретичне дослідження поняття стратегічного управління та сталого розвитку агропромислових підприємств та їх практичне застосування. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процес стратегічного управління сталим виробництвом продукції рослинництва на підприємстві. Предметом є процес аналізу стратегічного управління сталим виробництвом продукції рослинництва на підприємстві. Наукова новизна даного дослідження відбувається в теоретичній розробці та використанні комплексної методології управління, що компенсує в собі сучасні наукові підходи в галузі агрономії, економіки та екології: набуло подальшого розвитку: обґрунтування важливості стратегічного планування виробництва продукції рослинництва з огляду на сталість розвитку. В результаті дослідження з’ясовано і узагальнено необхідність планування сучасного аграрного виробництва з огляду на встановлення балансу між задоволенням сучасних потреб людства і захистом інтересів майбутніх поколінь, включаючи їх потребу в безпечному і здоровому довкіллі. Досліджена методологія стратегічного управління основана на аналізі внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища і необхідності застосування інноваційних технологій. Така методологія впровадження інноваційних технологій та підходів, які сприяють досягненню економічної ефективності, соціальної відповідальності та екологічної безпеки виробництва

The purpose of the qualification (master's) work is a theoretical study of the concept of strategic management and sustainable development of agro-industrial enterprises and their practical application. The object of the qualification work is the process of strategic management of the sustainable production of crop production at the enterprise. The subject is the process of analyzing the strategic management of the sustainable production of plant products at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of this research occurs in the theoretical development and use of a complex management methodology, which compensates for modern scientific approaches in the field of agronomy, economics and ecology: it has gained further development: substantiation of the importance of strategic planning of the production of crop production in view of the sustainability of development. As a result of the study, the necessity of planning modern agricultural production with a view to establishing a balance between meeting the modern needs of humanity and protecting the interests of future generations, including their need for a safe and healthy environment, was clarified and summarized. The studied methodology of strategic management is based on the analysis of the internal and external environment and the need to use innovative technologies. This is the methodology of introducing innovative technologies and approaches that contribute to achieving economic efficiency, social responsibility and environmental safety of production.
