Оптимізація процесів управління та підвищення виробництва соняшника на підприємстві

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретико-методологічне дослідження оптимізації процесу управління та виробництва соняшнику на підприємстві. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є оптимізація процесу управління і підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції соняшника на підприємстві. Предметом є процес аналізу управління і підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції соняшника на підприємстві. Наукова новизна цього дослідження полягає у теоретико методологічному дослідженню процесу оптимізації управління та виробництва соняшника на підприємстві, які основні аспекти новизни включають: дослідження сучасних тенденцій у вирощуванні соняшника і вплив їх на виробництво; розробка методів оптимізації управління виробництвом соняшника, які враховують специфіку цієї культури та підприємства; використання сучасних інструментів аналізу та моделювання для підвищення ефективності виробництва соняшника; пропонування практичних рекомендацій та стратегій для підприємства щодо оптимізації процесу виробництва соняшника. В результаті дослідження проведено теоретично методичне опрацювання літературних джерел щодо актуальності вирощувати екологічно чисту продукцію, а також як впливають воєнні дії на економіку країни. Проведено аналіз ефективності організації та управління рослинництвом на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки України; досліджено проблеми, окреслено перспективи розвитку галузі рослинництва, запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління сільським господарством з урахуванням сучасних економічних умов.

The purpose of the qualification work is a theoretical and methodological study of the optimization of the sunflower management and production process at the enterprise. The object of the qualification work is the optimization of the management process and the improvement of the production efficiency of sunflower products at the enterprise. The subject is the process of analyzing management and improving the efficiency of production of sunflower products at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of this study consists in the theoretical and methodological study of the process of optimizing the management and production of sunflower at the enterprise, which main aspects of the novelty include: the study of modern trends in sunflower cultivation and their impact on production; development of methods for optimizing the management of sunflower production, which take into account the specifics of this culture and the enterprise; the use of modern analysis and modeling tools to increase the efficiency of sunflower production; offering practical recommendations and strategies for the company to optimize the sunflower production process. As a result of the research, a theoretical and methodical study of literary sources was carried out regarding the relevance of growing ecologically clean products, as well as how military operations affect the country's economy. An analysis of the effectiveness of the organization and management of crop production at the current stage of development of the economy of Ukraine was carried out; the problems were investigated, the prospects for the development of the field of crop production were outlined, and recommendations were offered for improving the agricultural management system, taking into account modern economic conditions.
