Abstract

Кваліфікаційна (бакалаврська) робота на тему «Управління ризиками аграрного підприємства)» написана на 64 сторінках комп’ютерного тексту, містить 3 схеми, 18 таблиць та 69 літературних джерел інформації. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління ризиками аграрних підприємств, а саме: сутність ризику, причини його виникнення, класифікація ризиків, необхідність управління ними як передумови забезпечення стійкості підприємства, посилення впливу ризиків на аграрний бізнес в умовах російської агресії. На основі розглянутих теоретичних положень і результатів стратегічного аналізу діяльності конкретного досліджуваного сільськогосподарського підприємства, вивчення світового досвіду управління аграрними ризиками, здійснено обгрунтування алгоритму управління основними ризиками у досліджуваному господарстві, запропоновані рекомендації підвищення ефективності виробництва

The qualification (bachelor's) work on the topic "Risk Management of an Agricultural Enterprise" is written on 64 pages of computer text, contains 3 diagrams, 18 tables and 69 literary sources of information. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of risk management of agricultural enterprises, namely: the essence of risk, the causes of its occurrence, the classification of risks, the need to manage them as a prerequisite for ensuring the stability of the enterprise, the strengthening of the impact of risks on agrarian business in the conditions of Russian aggression. On the basis of the considered theoretical provisions and the results of the strategic analysis of the activity of a specific researched agricultural enterprise, the study of the global experience of agricultural risk management, the justification of the algorithm for managing the main risks in the researched economy was carried out, and recommendations for improving production efficiency were proposed
