Управління ефективним виробництвом сої

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретико методологічних основ та опрацювання практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом сої у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах мінливості зовнішнього середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізації сої у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, техніко-технологічних та організаційних складових управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізацією сої на рівні конкретного сільськогосподарського підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає у комплексному теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванні та розробці рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом сої у конкретному сільськогосподарському підприємстві з урахуванням ресурсних можливостей господарства та стану зовнішнього макроекономічного середовища. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління виробництвом у сільськогосподарському підприємстві; управління виробництвом та формуванням ринку сої у світі та Україні. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Агрофірма ЧБГ» та опрацьовуються управлінські, технологічні та організаційні основи виробництва та реалізації сої у ньому. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи

The main purpose of the qualification work is the the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for managing the effective production of soybeans in an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the variability of the external environment. The object of research is the process of managing the efficient production and sale of soybeans in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of instability of the external environment. The subject of research is a set of administrative, technical, technological and organizational components of effective management of soybean production and sale at the level of a specific agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results consists in a comprehensive theoretical and methodological justification and the development of recommendations for managing the effective production of soybeans in a specific agricultural enterprise, taking into account the resource capabilities of the farm and the state of the external macroeconomic environment. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first section the theoretical foundations of production management in an agricultural enterprise are developed; management of soybean production and market formation in the world and Ukraine. In the second section the organizational and economic characteristics of "Agrofirma ChBG" LLC are being developed and the management, technological and organizational bases of production and sale of soybeans in it are being worked out. The сonclusions contain theoretical generalizations, conclusions and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
