Випускова робота на тему «Обгрунтування стратегії розвитку підприємства» написана на 61 сторінках комп’ютерного тексту, містить 13 схем, 14 таблиць та 50 літературних джерел інформації. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи стратегічного менеджменту, необхідності його впровадження та використання в практичній діяльності виробничого підприємства, розглянуто методологічні підходи до удосконалення менеджменту виробничих підприємств. На основі розглянутих теоретичних положень і результатів стратегічного аналізу діяльності конкретного досліджуваного виробничого підприємства, вивчення світового досвіду стратегічного розвитку виробничих підприємств, здійснено обгрунтування стратегії розвитку досліджуваного підприємства ТОВ «АВВ 100».

The thesis on the topic "Justification of the enterprise development strategy" is written on 61 pages of computer text, contains 13 diagrams, 14 tables and 50 literary sources of information. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of strategic management, the need for its implementation and use in the practical activity of a manufacturing enterprise, and examines methodological approaches to improving the management of manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the considered theoretical provisions and the results of the strategic analysis of the activity of a specific researched manufacturing enterprise, the study of the global experience of the strategic development of manufacturing enterprises, the justification of the development strategy of the researched enterprise LLC "ABV 100" was made.
