Управління ефективним виробництвом ріпаку

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретико методологічних основ та опрацювання практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізації ріпаку у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізації рослинної олійної сировини у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, техніко-технологічних та організаційних складових управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізацією ріпаку у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає у комплексному теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванні та розробці рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом і реалізації ріпаку у конкретному сільськогосподарському підприємстві з урахуванням ресурсних можливостей господарства та стану зовнішнього макроекономічного середовища. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління сільськогосподарським виробництвом; управління виробництвом та формуванням ринку ріпаку у світі та в Україні. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Агрофірма «Пісчанська» та опрацьовуються управлінські, технологічні та організаційні основи виробництва та реалізації ріпаку у ньому. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи.

The main purpose of the qualification work is the the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for managing effective production and sale of rapeseed in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of environmental variability. The object of research is the process of managing effective production and sale of rapeseed in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of instability of the external environment. The subject of research is a set of administrative, technical, technological and organizational components of effective management of rapeseed production and sale at the level of a specific agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results consists in a complex theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of recommendations for managing the effective production and sale of rapeseed in a specific agricultural enterprise, taking into account the resource capabilities of the farm and the state of the external macroeconomic environment. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first section the theoretical foundations of agricultural production management are developed; management of rapeseed production and market formation in the world and in Ukraine. In the second section the organizational and economic characteristics of "Agrofirma "Pischanska" LLC are carried out and the management, technological and organizational bases of rapeseed production and sale in it are worked out. The сonclusions contain theoretical generalizations, conclusions and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
