Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретико методологічних основ та опрацювання практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективною підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільгосппідприємстві в умовах мінливості зовнішнього середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективною підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві у сучасних умовах господарювання. Предметом дослідження є управлінські, технологічні та організаційні аспекти управління внутрішньогосподарським виробництвом гречаної крупи на мікрорівні. Наукова новизна результатів роботи обумовлюється комплексним теоретико методологічним обґрунтуванням і розробкою рекомендацій щодо управління підсобною промисловою діяльністю у конкретному сільгосппідприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління виробництвом та підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Куковицьке» та опрацьовуються управлінські, організаційні та технологічні основи виробництва гречаної крупи у ньому. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи

The main purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and the elaboration of practical recommendations for the management of effective auxiliary industrial activities in an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the variability of the external environment. The object of research is the process of managing effective auxiliary industrial activity in an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The subject of research is managerial, technological and organizational aspects of managing the domestic production of buckwheat groats at the micro level. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in complex theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of recommendations for the management of auxiliary industrial activities in a specific agricultural enterprise. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first section the theoretical foundations of production management and auxiliary industrial activity in an agricultural enterprise are developed. In the second section the organizational and economic characteristics of "Kukovitske" LLC are carried out and the management, organizational and technological bases of buckwheat production in it are worked out The сonclusions contain theoretical generalizations, conclusions and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
