Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є пошук оптимальних стратегій та інструментів, спрямованих на запобігання та подолання кризових ситуацій у сільськогосподарському секторі. Дослідження спрямоване на вивчення теоретичних основ та практичних підходів до антикризового управління, розробку ефективних методик та рекомендацій для підвищення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарського підприємства у змінних економічних умовах. Об’єктом дослідження є система та механізм антикризового управління виробництвом. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти системи антикризового управління виробництвом сільськогосподарського підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у запропонованій підприємству моделі антикризового управління, що базується на сучасних досягненнях революції 4.0, зокрема цифровізацції, тобто на інноваційному підході. Антикризове управління підприємства може використовувати нові інноваційні підходи для аналізу кризової ситуації, прийняття рішень та впровадження стратегій відновлення. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розкрито економічний зміст поняття "антикризове управління", принципи, особливості та його роль для управління підприємством; вивчено фактори кризи, що впливають на діяльність сільськогосподарського підприємства; досліджено теоретичні основи механізму антикризового управління в сільськогосподарському підприємстві У другому розділі визначено організаційно-управлінську структуру підприємства; оцінено рівень економічного розвитку; проаналізовано ресурсні і виробничо-збутові ризики підприємства; розроблено механізм антикризового управління підприємством Висновки та пропозиції. Підприємству необхідно використовувати передові технології, що сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності діяльності. Також активно використовувати сучасні сорти і гібриди; раціонально використовувати ресурси; удосконалювати систему управління діяльністю підприємства, в тому числі антикризову, впроваджуючи сучасні підходи та методи, що сприяють оптимізації процесів і підвищенню продуктивності.

The study is aimed at studying the theoretical foundations and practical approaches to anti-crisis management, developing effective methods and recommendations for increasing the stability and competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise in changing economic conditions. The object of the study is the system and mechanism of anti-crisis management of production. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the system of anti crisis management of the production of an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the anti-crisis management model proposed by the enterprise, which is based on modern achievements of the 4.0 revolution, in particular digitalization, that is, on an innovative approach. Anti-crisis management of the enterprise can use new innovative approaches to analyze the crisis situation, make decisions and implement recovery strategies. In the qualification work: In the first chapter, the economic content of the concept of "anti-crisis management", principles, features and its role for enterprise management are disclosed; the factors of the crisis affecting the activity of the agricultural enterprise were studied; the theoretical foundations of the anti-crisis management mechanism in the agricultural enterprise were investigated The second section defines the organizational and management structure of the enterprise; the level of economic development was assessed; resource and production and sales risks of the enterprise were analyzed; a mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise was developed Conclusions and proposals. The enterprise needs to use advanced technologies that will help increase the efficiency of its activities. Also actively use modern varieties and hybrids; use resources rationally; improve the enterprise's activity management system, including anti-crisis, by introducing modern approaches and methods that help optimize processes and increase productivity.
