Управління ефективним виробництвом соняшнику

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка теоретико методологічних основ та опрацювання практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом соняшнику у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективним виробництвом рослинної олійної сировини у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, техніко-технологічних та організаційно-економічних складових управління ефективним виробництвом соняшнику у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає у комплексному теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективним виробництвом соняшнику у сільськогосподарському підприємстві з урахуванням ресурсних можливостей господарства та стану зовнішнього макроекономічного середовища. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління виробництвом у сільськогосподарському підприємстві; управління виробництвом, переробкою та формуванням ринку рослинної олійної сировини у світі та в Україні. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Агрофірма «Добробут» та опрацьовуються управлінські, техніко технологічні та організаційно-економічні складові управління ефективним виробництвом соняшнику у ньому. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи.

The main purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for managing the effective production of sunflower in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of instability of the external environment. The object of research is the process of managing the effective production of vegetable oil raw materials in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of environmental instability. The subject of research is a set of administrative, technological and organizational and economic components of effective sunflower production management in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the complex theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for managing the effective production of sunflower in an agricultural enterprise, taking into account the resource capabilities of the farm and the state of the external macroeconomic environment. In the qualifying master’s thesis: The first chapter elaborates the theoretical foundations of production management in an agricultural enterprise; management of production, processing and market formation of vegetable oil raw materials in the world and in Ukraine. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of Agrofirma Dobrobut LLC are carried out and the management, technical, technological, and organizational and economic components of effective sunflower production management in it are elaborated. The сonclusions contain theoretical generalizations, conclusions and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
