Удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму підприємства

Abstract

Дана кваліфікаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню організаційно-економічного механізму підприємства. Метою дослідження є розробка та впровадження ефективних стратегій та методів, які сприятимуть покращенню роботи підприємства та досягненню кращих показників ефективності. Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у тому,що визначено складові організаційно економічного механізму підприємства,для оптимізації та підвищенні ефективності управління та роботи. У першому розділі роботи будуть розглянуті теоретичні аспекти організаційно економічного механізму, його складові елементи та принципи функціонування. Буде проведений аналіз поточного стану організаційно-економічного механізму на конкретному підприємстві, виявленіпроблеми та недоліки. На основі проведеного аналізу,у другому розділі, будуть запропоновані конкретні рекомендації та стратегії для удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму підприємства. Ці рекомендації будуть спрямовані на оптимізацію бізнес-процесів, підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів, забезпечення більш ефективного управління та досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Основні методи дослідження будуть включати аналітичні методи, експертні оцінки, порівняльний аналіз та моделювання економічних процесів. Для збору необхідних даних будуть використовуватися первинні та вторинні джерела інформації. У виснoвку зазначені oснoвні висновки щодо виконаного дослідження і надані конкретні прoпoзиції щодо реалізації завдань кваліфікаційної рoбoти. Очікується, що результати дослідження та запропоновані рекомендації сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності підприємства, зменшенню витрат, поліпшенню організаційних процесів та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності

This qualification work is devoted to the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise. The purpose of the research is the development and implementation of effective strategies and methods that will contribute to the improvement of the enterprise's work and the achievement of better performance indicators. The object of the study is the process of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the fact that the components of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise are determined for optimization and increasing the efficiency of management and work. In the first part of the work, the theoretical aspects of the organizational and economic mechanism, its constituent elements and principles of functioning will be considered. An analysis of the current state of the organizational and economic mechanism at a specific enterprise will be carried out, problems and shortcomings will be identified. Based on the analysis, in the second section, specific recommendations and strategies for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise will be proposed. These recommendations will be aimed at optimizing business processes, increasing the efficiency of resource use, ensuring more effective management and achieving the company's strategic goals. The main research methods will include analytical methods, expert assessments, comparative analysis and modeling of economic processes. Primary and secondary sources of information will be used to collect the necessary data. In the conclusion, the main conclusions regarding the performed research are indicated and specific proposals are given regarding the implementation of the tasks of the qualification work. It is expected that the results of the research and the proposed recommendations will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the enterprise, reducing costs, improving organizational processes and increasing competitiveness.
