Abstract: The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to improve the personnel management system in the agricultural enterprise. The object of research is personnel management processes in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the personnel management system in the agricultural enterprise. Namely: a list of directions and measures aimed at improving the personnel management system in the researched agricultural enterprise based on the diagnosis of the personnel management system was determined; In the qualification (master's) work: The first section summarizes the theoretical aspects and main approaches to personnel management of the enterprise. In the second section, directions for improving the personnel management system at the enterprise are defined. Conclusions. The qualification paper analyzed the theoretical work of domestic and foreign scientists on various aspects of personnel management. An analysis of the activity of the agricultural enterprise and the effectiveness of the personnel management system operating in it was carried out. It was noted that the organization and use of labor resources in agricultural enterprises has features related to the seasonality of production, gender inequality due to the need for high physical stress when performing agricultural work, as well as the wide use of unskilled labor. The analysis of the enterprise's corporate culture made it possible to determine its influence on the formation of personal qualities of the staff. In order to formalize all elements of corporate culture, to consolidate the key principles of the enterprise's business ethics, both in its relations with personnel and with partners and consumers, it is necessary to create a Code of Corporate Culture. The implementation of the "Idea Bank" mechanism will contribute to the activation of the process of generating creative ideas by the company's personnel. An algorithm for building a motivational strategy is defined. Able to ensure the successful implementation of the non-material incentive system. The conditions for the successful implementation of a system of non-material motivation measures are to ensure staff satisfaction with the incentive system, the work performed, and labor activity
