Тенденції експорту українського соняшникової олії і шроту у 2018/19 МР

Abstract

Соняшник – високорентабельна, вигідна в економічному відношенні культура. Виробництво соняшнику істотно впливає на ефективність функціонування всієї галузі рослинництва. Висока закупівельна ціна на насіння цієї культури робить її економічно вигідною для обробітку, сприяє підйому економіки господарств. Попит на соняшник і соняшникову олію суттєво не зменшується при зростанні цін. У такій ситуації доходи сільськогосподарських підприємств, що виробляють і переробляють насіння соняшнику, повинні зростати. Разом з тим слід зазначити, що рівень врожайності, валові збори помітно коливаються по роках, а собівартість олієнасіння має тенденцію до зростання. Відсутня стабільність у розвитку галузі, тоді як обробіток соняшнику є гарантією отримання прибутку і, отже, забезпечує господарствам фінансові можливості по відшкодуванню виробничих витрат в інших галузях сільськогосподарського виробництва. Виходячи із зазначеного, досить важливим є вивчення сформованого стану розвитку даної культури, виявлення факторів, що впливають на помітні коливання врожайності та обсяги виробництва.

In such a situation, the incomes of agricultural enterprises producing and processing oilseed sunflower must grow Farms of the Saratov region, also cultivate large areas of sunflower. At the same time, it should be noted that the level of yield, gross fees vary markedly over the years, and the cost of oilseeds has a tendency to increase. There is no stability in the development of the industry, while sunflower seed processing is a guarantee of profit and therefore provides farms with financial opportunities to compensate for production costs in other sectors of agricultural production. Proceeding from the above, it is very important to study the current state of development of this culture, to identify factors that influence the marked fluctuations in yield and production.
