Ефективність утримання, розведення і штучної годівлі цихлід Центральної Америки

Abstract

За останні десятиліття світова аквакультура розвивалася швидкими темпами і в теперішній час схильна змінюватись у відповідь на тиск глобалізації і зростаючий попит на продукцію з гідробіонтів в усьому світі. Економічний і технологічний розвиток аквакультури характеризується значним збільшенням обсягів виробництва цінних видів риб. Останні дослідження Продовольчої і сільськогосподарської організації Об’єднаних Націй прогнозують, що споживання риби в світі збільшиться на 57%. Швидкі темпи зростання населення, збільшення достатку і урбанізація в країнах що розвиваються призводить до значних змін у попиті на тваринний білок, що отримують як від наземних тварин, так і від риби. Риба є основою глобальної продовольчої безпеки та харчування, оскільки її можна вирощувати в різних сільськогосподарських системах. За темпами росту продукції одне із перших місць займають цихлові види риб, що пов’язано з їх виключно цінними біологічними особливостями та господарсько-корисними якостями. Мета роботи полягала у дослідженні еколого-біологічних характеристик цихлід Центральної Америки та технології їх вирощування, вплив різних факторів на процеси відтворення, ріст, розвиток та життєздатність цихлід, а також визначення їх значимості для аквакультури України та світу в цілому. В ході роботи розкриті та проаналізовані наступні питання: сучасний стан відтворення та вирощування цихлід, вплив умов водного середовища на життєві функції, відтворювальні та продуктивні якості цихлід, вирощування риби різними технологіями, основні проблеми аквакультури і заходи зі збільшення виробництва та покращення рибопродуктивності водойм

Over the past decade, world aquaculture has developed at a rapid pace and is now rapidly changing in response to the pressure of globalization and the growing demand for aquaculture products in the entire world. i. The economic and technological development of aquaculture is characterized by a significant increase in the production of valuable fish species. Recent research from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization predicts that global fish production will increase by 57%. The rapid pace of population growth, increased prosperity and urbanization in the country is developing to lead to significant changes in the consumption of cooked protein, which will eliminate both land-based animals and fish. Fish is the basis of global food security and food, and some of it can be found in various agricultural systems. One of the leading places in the growth rate of production is occupied by cichlid species of fish, which is associated with their valuable biological characteristics and household-bark berries. The purpose of the work was to study the ecological and biological characteristics of Central American cichlids and their cultivation technology, the influence of various factors on the processes of reproduction, growth, development and viability of cichlids, as well as determining their significance for aquaculture in Ukraine and the world as a whole. In the course of the work, the following issues were revealed and analyzed: the current state of cichlid reproduction and cultivation, the influence of water environment conditions on vital functions, reproductive and productive qualities of cichlids, fish cultivation using various technologies, the main problems of aquaculture and measures to increase production and improve the fish productivity of reservoirs.
