dc.description.abstractEvaluating the necessity for energy conservation in the hospitality business, one should create energy services or energy efficiency units whose activity is to balance energy, making the required measurements for the analysis, development and implementation of energy efficiency policies and appropriate energy saving measures. The essence of the strategy is saving energy and its impact on improving the efficiency of enterprises hospitality in general. Energy saving politics as a set of strategic directions of development of hospitality enterprises is considered. Note, that the implementation of measures for the improvement of energy efficiency is closely connected with the overall strategy of hospitality establishments. Such components as operating costs, production capacities and the need for capital investment are the key components of the strategic plan of any institution. On the other hand, if measures to reduce energy consumption and upgrade equipment that underlies these measures do not correspond to enterprise strategy, differences can lead to errors in the expenditure of funds, failure in ultimate goals achievement, or to higher operating costs. Businesses hospitality are complex buildings, which operates a number of parallel systems: specialized management services to visitors, special entertainment system, microclimate management systems, access control and remote video surveillance and more. These systems require advanced information infrastructure and centralized management. The main advantage is to reduce the amount of investment, maintenance costs and increased visibility of flow processes. The highest energy consumption in hospitality establishments are: forced ventilation in hotel rooms, lighting facilities, air conditioning, swimming pool area, air conditioning, meeting rooms, restaurants, exhaust ventilation in production facilities, hot water, air conditioning, lobbies and more. In the article the basic theoretical principles of energy management, defines its principles, mission, goals and strategy. The essence of energy-saving strategy and it is impact on improving the efficiency of the hospitality in general. We consider energy saving policy as a set of strategic directions of hospitality establishments.uk_UA
