Модель оцінювання рівня економічної стійкості аграрних підприємств

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано існуючі підходи до оцінювання рівня економічної стійкості аграрних підприємств, що дозволило визначити відсутність єдності бачення та варіативність розроблених та запропонованих підходів, алгоритмів та методів розрахунку. Доведено, що розповсюджений підхід до оцінювання стійкості як інтегральної характеристики внутрішніх складових підприємства змінює економічну природу досліджуваної категорії, частково ототожнюючи її з потенціалом. Запропоновано побудову моделі оцінювання рівня економічної стійкості аграрних підприємств в розрізі трьох проекцій: ефективності, ліквідності та капіталізації, які представлені конкретними показниками із відповідними пороговим значеннями, які в рамках моделі набувають бінарних параметрів («1 або «0»). Запропоновано якісну шкалу станів економічної стійкості: абсолютний, високий, нормальний, задовільний, критичний і кризисний, на основі отриманих комбінацій бінарних значень показників проекцій.

The article analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the level of economic stability of agricultural enterprises, which allowed to determine the lack of unity of vision and variability of developed and proposed approaches, algorithms and calculation methods. It is proved that the common approach to the assessment of sustainability as an integral characteristic of the internal components of the enterprise changes the economic nature of the studied category, partially identifying it with the potential. It is proposed to build a model for assessing the level of economic stability of agricultural enterprises in terms of three projections: efficiency, liquidity and capitalization, which are represented by specific indicators with appropriate thresholds, which within the model acquire binary parameters ("1" or "0"). The main provisions of the author's model for assessing the level of economic stability of an agricultural enterprise are highlighted: 1) the feasibility of using components as a gap between the final total value and partial coefficients is unproven, which justifies 2) the use of a large number of indicators for assessing economic stability significantly complicates the process of calculating and interpreting the results; 3) to avoid the subjectivity of evaluation, which is embedded in the expert methods most often used to justify the weight of partial coefficients, the weight of all indicators should be considered the same, and the integral value of economic stability can be estimated by many binary values of partial coefficients "0" or "1"; 4) the resulting qualitative states of economic stability of the studied enterprises on a set of partial indicators, estimated by their threshold values, which allow them to assign the appropriate binary value, should be classified depending on the number of these positive binary values. The qualitative scale of states of economic stability is offered: absolute, high, normal, satisfactory, critical and crisis, on the basis of the received combinations of binary values of indicators of projections.
