Abstract: | Досліджено розвиток наукових поглядів на традиційні концепції
управління. Виявлено та аргументовано найбільш вагомі переваги процесного
підходу порівняно з функціональним на підставі порівняльного аналізу,
проведеного автором за сформульованими критеріями порівняння. Доведено,
що процесний підхід не є протиставленням до функціонального. Висвітлено
застосування логістичного підходу в контексті поєднання функціонального та
процесного підходів. Development of scientific views on traditional concepts of management is researched. It means the usage of such main enterprise’s management approaches as systemic, structural, functional and process approaches. Crucial points of each approach are determined and disadvantages of systemic, structural and functional approaches are divided. It is noticed that systemic approach appliance is quite difficult in practice, full work performing technology description is complicated in structural approach and gross maintenance costs on administrative machine are in functional approach. Functional and process management are emphasized, as long as modern process management principles are based on business-processes model building, that describes realization and interaction between different management functions. Main reasons of process approach implementation into enterprise are determined. General stages of process approach implementation are distinguished. These stages attest that process approach describes business not only as interrelated business-processes system, but as constant control, business-processes management and improvement. The most significant advantages of the process approach comparing to the functional one were determined on the grounds of comparative analyses performed by the author on the bases of the offered criteria of comparison. According to determinations’ analyses results, it is pointed out that main business-process distinction in contrast to function is that process includes time category, changes in object condition during its movement to ultimate condition. It is proved that the process approach is not opposite to the functional one, whereas functions and processes are equal meanings of management activities and cannot exist separately, and in particular, functional specialization provides more costless performance of separate operations in business-process context. Logistics approach application in the context of combining functional and process approaches is highlighted, since logistics management object are firstly, movement of flows, that are realized through enterprise’s business-processes support, and secondly, optimization the relations between the units and divisions by means of which business-processes, that are connected with logistics activity, are functioning. |
