Принципи, функції та методи управління економічною безпекою підприємства роздрібної торгівлі

Abstract

Визначено та обґрунтовано сукупність основних принципів управління економічною безпекою підприємства роздрібної торгівлі, установлено вимоги до відповідної системи управління. Розглянуто методи і функції управління економічною безпекою підприємства, доведено необхідність їх комплексного застосування під час формування системи управління економічною безпекою торговельного підприємства.

The author determines and substantiates a set of the main principles of managing economic security of retail trade companies and indicates requirements to a corresponding management system. The author proves the importance of application of corresponding management principles, which consist in establishment of rules, which are determinedly managers of trade companies, for subordinated subjects being the basis for all the management system. A process of making and implementation of managerial decisions on providing and guaranteeing company economic security occurs in compliance with these principles. Formation of corresponding methods of economic security management occurs on the basis of the principles in the process of the economic activity. The article indicates the two main groups of methods, namely general scientific methods and methods concerned with management functions. The author substantiates the interrelation between functions and methods of company economic security management as between categories of management, which are dialectically related between each other. The author proves that implementation of functions of management of retail company economic security is carried out with the use of management methods. Selection of management methods depends on motivational purposefulness. The author mentions that there are specific peculiarities, different manifestation forms, and margins of application for each management method. The article proposes complex application of the mentioned general science methods and methods concerned with management functions. This process will conduce to growth of efficiency of providing retail company economic security and enhancement of each employee’s interest in achievement of efficiency growth. In addition, the process will reveal ways of counteraction to threats and dangers in a modern unstable environment.
